No Noise Policy
To ensure a proper rest for all guests a No Noise Policy applies after 20h00.
Cancellation Policy
We require a deposit of 50% in order to confirm your booking.
In the event that a booking is cancelled for any reason, the following will apply:
We reserve the right to charge a R150.00 admin fee for any refunds.

Departures prior to the booked departure date will attract full payment of the quoted room rate for the originally booked dates.
It is advisable to ensure that your travel insurance covers you in case of loss, due to cancellation.
